Orders

Custom-Made Furniture
Custom-made and specially manufactured furniture is produced according to customer specifications and cannot be returned or refunded unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Returns and Refunds
Customers may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Warranty
Wicker Outdoor Furniture (Pty) Ltd provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, weather exposure, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
